Membership

MySelf-Management is a Membership organisation for people living with long-term conditions, long COVID or persistent pain in Highland. New Members are always welcome!

Membership is currently free of charge, however we do ask for a small voluntary donation towards our in-person activities for those who are able to. You can also support us through an online donation if you wish to.

Membership allows you to access our in-person activities in your area and online activities.

We aim to process all membership forms within one week. You will receive a welcome email from your local community coordinator (click here to check who that is) and an email from Penny (penny@myself-management.org) with details of our online activities for the next week, which is sent out every Thursday. You may need to check your spam folder for these.

Please email us at info@myself-management.org if you have not heard back after two weeks.

Please provide both your email address and phone number if possible or at least an email address or a phone number so we can contact you. If you would like to join the online activities then we will need an email address for you to participate.

MySelf Management is not able to provide a 24 hour support service however for immediate help you can contact Breathing Space Scotland via their free confidential helpline on 0800 83 85 87. - open 24 hours at the weekends and 6pm to 2am weekdays. They also have an online chat option. For emotional support outwith these hours, contact Samaritans on 116 123 (available 24 hours a day, seven days a week).
