Membership
MySelf-Management is a Membership organisation for people living with long-term conditions, long COVID or persistent pain in Highland. New Members are always welcome!
Membership is currently free of charge, however we do ask for a small voluntary donation towards our in-person activities for those who are able to. You can also support us through an online donation if you wish to.
Membership allows you to access our in-person activities in your area and online activities.

We aim to process all membership forms within one week, but please note that it may take us a little longer while we recruit our new Membership & Administration Officer. You will receive a welcome email from your local community coordinator (click here to check who that is) and an email from Mary (mary@myself-management.org) with details of our online activities for the next week. You may need to check your spam folder for these. Please email us at info@myself-management.org if you have not heard back after two weeks. 
* In order to share information about our services with you, we need to keep your contact details. This information is stored securely and confidentially in our Members’ database. This information is only shared with authorised staff within MySelf-Management. Please view our Privacy Notice for more information.
